Meyer Lemon Marmalade

I squeezed about a gallon of juice from the two Meyer lemon trees in my back yard and simmered it with sugar, water, and pectin for about 4 hours.


And produced 38 jars of various sizes that is cooling in pans of water in my oven. (it’s the only place they can sit and cool safely)
